Departures:

• You must arrive 30 minutes before the tour is due to start

For your safety:

• The minimum age is 12 and you must be a minimum of 120cm in height and accompanied by an adult
• All belongings will be put in a safety box at the TwistBoat office during the tour, so that they don’t get wet
• The boat itself is 100% safe, it is specially designed for this purpose and similar tours are run worldwide
• In the case of bad weather, you can pick another day for their tour or ask for a refund
• No food or drink is permitted on the boat
• No smoking is permitted on the boat

Note: The tour operator does not accept responsibility for personal belongings that are carried onto the boat, therefore it is advisable that you leave these in the office during the tour.

What to wear:

• You WILL get wet – and that’s part of the fun!
• Bring your swimsuit to wear during the tour, safety jackets will also be provided
• Bring with you an extra set of dry clothes to change into after the tour

Tour photos:
We advise You to leave your belongings in our office, but don’t worry about missing out on a photo opportunity! You will receive a picture from the tour, this can take up to 48 hours and will be sent over via email.
